Te Kuiti Maori Township, saving and excepting all minerals
within the meaning of the Land Act 1924 on or under the
land and being all the land comprised and described in
certificate of title, Volume 946, folio 75, of the said Registry.

And whereas the said Mortgagor is now deceased and no
person has applied to the Supreme Court for a grant of
administration and whereas the mortgagor aforesaid has
failed to observe and perform her obligation under the
mortgage in that she has in breach of the provisions of
clause numbered one of the mortgage failed to pay to the
mortgagee instalments of principal and interest amounting to
the sum of $477.30 as at the 31st day of December 1970.

Now therefore, the mortgagee acting under and in pursuance
of and for the purposes of the mortgage and of section 92
of the Property Law Act 1952, hereby gives to you and
each of you notice in terms as follows, namely;

1. That you are required to remedy the breach hereinbefore
   mentioned by paying the said sum of $477.30 to
   the mortgagee at the Office in Hamilton of the
   Maori and Island Affairs Department.

2. That you are required to remedy the said breach in
   the manner hereinbefore mentioned prior to the
   30th day of April 1971.

3. That should you fail to remedy as aforesaid the said
   breach prior to the 30th day of April 1971 then
   all the powers of the mortgagee in the mortgage
   contained, expressed, or implied, or otherwise
   bestowed upon the mortgagee, of entering into
   possession of the said land and of selling the said
   land and the said estate therein, will on such day
   become immediately exercisable by the Mortgagee.
