  1. Haulage and Storage Charges, New Plymouth—Breakwater Line

Paragraph 1, Subparagraph (a): Omit the first sentence of this subparagraph and substitute:
Except as provided in subparagraphs (b) and (c) hereof, goods of Classes C, D, E, E plus 25
percent, E plus 50 percent, G, P, P plus 25 percent, and P plus 50 percent between New Plymouth
and New Plymouth Breakwater will be charged $2.24 per ton and will be conveyed at owner's
risk.

Paragraph 2: Omit this paragraph and substitute:

  1. Classes E and P goods consigned between New Plymouth Breakwater and stations
    beyond New Plymouth and which require to be handled at New Plymouth goods shed will
    be charged $2.58 per ton (including handling and sorting at New Plymouth) in addition to
    railage from Breakwater. The charge at classes E and P single rate plus $2.58 per ton added
    shall not be greater than when computed at Classes E plus 25 percent and P plus 25 percent
    respectively plus 67c sorting.

  2. Port Traffic, Wellington

Omit:

Tallying and Sheeting Class E goods and tobacco leaf at harbour board sheds or at ships,
per ton .. ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... 37c

(This charge when applied to tobacco leaf will be computed on measurement.)

Insert:

Tallying and Sheeting Classes E and P goods and tobacco leaf at Harbour board sheds
