Declaring Land Taken for Road in Block IX, Belmont Survey District, Hutt County

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road from and after the 15th day of February 1971.

Declaring Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for the Purposes of a Road, Better Utilisation, and a Gravel Pit in Blocks III and V, Coneburn Survey District and South Wakatipu Survey District

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land first to thirdly (inclusive) described in the First Schedule hereto, held by Dickson Glendinning Jardine of Queenstown, farmer, under and by virtue of pastoral lease No. P. 243, recorded in register book, Volume 386, folio 149, Otago Land Registry, and the leasehold estate in the land fourthly to fifteenthly described in the said First Schedule, held by Dickson Stewart Jardine, of Queenstown, farmer, under and by virtue of pastoral lease No. 230, recorded in register book, Volume 386, folio 138, Otago Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road and the leasehold estate in the land first described in the Second Schedule hereto, held by the said Dickson Glendinning Jardine under and by virtue of the said pastoral lease No. P. 243 and the leasehold estate in the land secondly to sixthly described in the said Second Schedule, held by the said Dickson Stewart Jardine under and by virtue of the said pastoral lease No. 230, is hereby taken for better utilisation and the leasehold estate in the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, held by the said Dickson Glendinning Jardine under and by virtue of the said pastoral lease No. P. 243, is hereby taken for a gravel pit from and after the 15th day of February 1971.
