PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the interest
in the land described in the Schedule hereto held by John
Francis Pulman, of Patetonga, farmer, under and by virtue of
deferred payment licence, Volume 724, folio 2, South Auckland
Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road
from and after the 15th day of February 1971.
