Revoking a Proclamation Declaring an Area in the Hobson
Acclimatisation District to be a Wildlife Refuge (Block IV,
Hukatere Survey District)

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, Sir
Arthur Espie Forritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation issued on the 18th
day of July 1960, declaring an area of land in the Hukatere
Survey District, and in the Hobson Acclimatisation District, to
be a wildlife refuge for the purposes of the Wildlife Act 1953.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this
29th day of January 1971.

Land Taken for the Provision and Maintenance of a Package
Sewage Treatment Plant for the Efficient Drainage of the
District in Block III, Kapiti Survey District, Hutt County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie
Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the building line
restriction contained in Notice No. 655513, and subject to the
reservation as to coal, gold, and silver, as set out in No.
516880, Wellington Land Registry, for the provision and
maintenance of a package sewage treatment plant for the
efficient drainage of the district, and shall vest in the Chair-
man, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Hutt, as
from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day
of February 1971.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie
Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and the land
described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
the convenience of a road and the said land described in the
Second Schedule hereto shall, when so taken, vest in the
Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of
Waipa as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 15th day of January 1971.
