The New Zealand Seamen's Industrial Union of Workers
Cancellation Notice 1971
WHEREAS in respect of a discontinuance of employment by
members of the New Zealand Seamen's Industrial Union of
Workers the Minister of Labour is satisfied that it has caused
or is likely to cause serious loss or inconvenience and that it
has been brought about wholly or partly by that union or by
members of that union:
NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to section 198 of the Industrial
Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1954, the Minister of Labour
gives notice as follows:
- (a) This notice may be cited as the New Zealand Seamen's
Industrial Union of Workers Cancellation Notice 1971;
(b) This notice shall take effect on the date of its publication
in the Gazette. - The registration of the New Zealand Seamen's Industrial
Union of Workers is hereby cancelled.
