The fares and rates set out in sections 1 to 67 and 72 to 130 all inclusive and which are not altered by the foregoing provisions hereof and with the exceptions hereinafter provided are increased as follows:

Passengers

Subject to the foregoing alterations and the exceptions hereinafter appearing the fares and rates in sections 1 to 42 both inclusive are increased by 10 per centum and rounded to the nearest 5c.
