Alterations to the Scales of Charges Upon the New Zealand Government Railways
AMENDMENT No. 1
GENERAL SCALE OF CHARGES
PURSUANT to the Government Railways Act 1949, the Minister of Railways hereby makes the
following alterations to the General Scale of Charges published in the Supplement, dated
13th day of September 1971, to the New Zealand Gazette of the 9th day of September 1971,
and hereby declares that such alterations shall come into force on the 8th day of November
1971.
Sections 2; 5; 6; paragraphs 3, 4, 5, and 6 of section 10; sections 14; 19; paragraph 1 of
section 26; section 27; paragraphs 1, 2, and 3 of section 29; paragraph 13 and subparagraph
(b) of paragraph 14 of section 32; section 49; paragraphs 1, 2, 3, and 4 of section 50; sections
52; 53; 55; paragraph 1 of section 56; sections 57; 60; 62; paragraphs 1 and 2 of section 72;
section 74; paragraphs 1 and 2 of section 75; sections 76; 81; 82; paragraphs 1 and 2 of section
83; section 85; paragraph 1 and subparagraphs (a) and (b) of paragraph 2 of section 88;
sections 89; 90; paragraphs 2 and 3 and subparagraphs (a) and (b) of paragraphs 4 of section
96; paragraphs 3, 4, and 5 of section 97; sections 99; 101; 102; paragraphs 1 and 2 of section
103; paragraph 1 of section 106; section 123 and paragraphs 1 and 2 of section 124 of the said
General Scale of Charges are hereby revoked and the following provisions are substituted
therefore:
