ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, bounded by
a line commencing at a point in the middle of the intersection
of No. 52 State Highway and the Masterton-Castlepoint Road
in Block 1, Otahoua Survey District, and proceeding generally
easterly along the middle of the Masterton-Castlepoint Road to
a point in line with the eastern boundary of Section 605,
Whareama District, in Block III, Otahoua Survey District, to
and along that boundary, the north-western and southern
boundaries of Section 604, Whareama District, the western
boundary of Section 546, Whareama District, the northern
boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 14458, the northern and eastern
boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 14017, the generally southern boun-
daries of Lot 2, D.P. 13081, Lots 3 and 4, D.P. 14732, and
Lots 3 and 10, D.P. 14709, the south-western boundary of Lot
2, D.P. 11340, the south-western and south-eastern
boundaries of Lot 3, D.P. 11340, the north-western and north-
eastern boundaries of Section 1, Block VI, Rewa Survey
District, the western boundary of Section 614, Whareama
District, the northern and western boundaries of Section 613,
Whareama District, the western and southern boundaries of
Lot 1, D.P. 18464, the southern boundary of Section 613,
Whareama District, the left bank of the Waihora Stream to a
point in line with the northern side of the road forming the
southern boundary of Section 677, Whareama District, to and
along that side and its production to the eastern side of
Waihora Road, along that side to and along the southern
boundary of the said Section 677, the western and generally
northern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 10442, to and along the left
bank of Swansons Creek to the eastern side of Homewood
Road, along that side to and along the southern and eastern
boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 4523, the generally northern boun-
daries of Lot 2, D.P. 4523, and the right bank of the Whare-
ana River to the sea coast; thence generally south-westerly,
north-westerly, north-easterly, and south-easterly along the
boundaries of Wairarapa Pest Destruction District, herein-
before described to the point of commencement.

ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, bounded by a
line commencing at a point in the middle of the intersection

easterly along the middle of the Masterton-Castlepoint Road
to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Section 605,

and along that boundary, the north-western and southern
boundaries of Section 604, Whareama District, the western
boundary of Section 546, Whareama District, the northern
boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 14458, the northern and eastern

National Roads Board—Notice Declaring State Highway to be
a Limited Access Road
It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution
dated 20 October 1971, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public
Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No.

3 State Highway (Hamilton to Woodville via New Plymouth)
from the northern boundary of Kakaramea Township to Patea
Borough boundary, as more particularly shown on Sheets 1
and 2 of plans M.O.W. 17268 and the accompanying Schedule
held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works,
Wanganui, and there available for public inspection, to be a
limited access road.

National Roads Board—Notice Declaring State Highway to be
a Limited Access Road
It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution
dated 20 October 1971, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public
Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No.
3 State Highway (Hamilton to Woodville via New Plymouth)
from its crossing of the Manawapou River to the northern
boundary of Kakaramea Township as more particularly shown
on Sheets 1 and 2 of plans M.O.W. 17293 and the accompanying
Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer,
Ministry of Works, Wanganui, and there available for public
inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Notice Declaring State Highway to be
a Limited Access Road
It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution
dated 20 October 1971, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public
Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No.
4 State Highway (Te Kuiti to Wanganui via Raetihi) from its
crossing of the Stratford Main Trunk Railway at Okahukura
to Taumarunui Borough boundary as more particularly shown
on Sheets 1 and 2 of plans M.O.W. 17299 and the accom-
panying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer,
Ministry of Works, Taumarunui, and there available for public
inspection, to be a limited access road.
