CORRIGENDUM
In the notice dated the 17th day of September 1971, published in Gazette, 7 October 1971, No. 73, page 2060, proclaiming land as road and road closed and vested in Block I, Apiti Survey District, Kiwitea County, pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, for "S.O. 27098" in the description of the area of road containing 39.9 perches lastly described in the Second Schedule to the said notice, read "S.O. 27908" which last-mentioned number appears in the original notice signed by the Minister of Works.

CORRIGENDUM
In the notice dated the 11th day of October 1971 and published in the Gazette, 21 October 1971, No. 78, page 2191, declaring land to be a service lane in Block XI, Town of Ranfurly, Maniototo County, pursuant to section 3 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, for the area of land containing 4.7 perches lastly described in the Schedule to the said notice, read 4.07 perches which last-mentioned area appears in the original notice signed by the Minister of Works.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road, and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of November 1971.

North Auckland Land District
Land Taken for Road
All that piece of land containing 1 rood and 9 perches situated in Block IV, Wharekawa Survey District, North Auckland R.D., being part Wharekawa 1D 1 Block; coloured sepia on plan.

SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
Land Taken for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block IV, Wharekawa Survey District, North Auckland R.D., described as follows:

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods and 4.5 perches situated in Blocks XV and XVI, Newcastle Survey District, being part Allotment 129, Pukete Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 25627 (S.O. 45306) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
