Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto.

Road Closed and Vested in Block III, Whangara Survey District, Cook County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims that the road described in the Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest in Blanche Helena Reeves, widow, and Arthur James Marston Stock, solicitor, both of Gisborne, as executors, as to a two-thirds share and Allan David Reeves, of Tolaga Bay, station manager, as to a one-third share, subject to Memorandum of Mortgage No. 68992, Gisborne Land Registry, as tenants-in-common in the said shares.

Road Closed and Vested in Block XI, Waimata Survey District, Cook County, and Previous Notice Revoked as to Part

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby revokes the notice dated the 18th day of December 1970, and published in Gazette, 14 January 1971, No. 1, page 7, proclaiming land as road, road closed and vested and land taken and vested in Block XI, Waimata Survey District, Cook County, in so far as it affects the land described in the

Fifth Schedule to the said notice, and also hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto, and declares that the road firstly described in the said Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in the proprietors of the Kopaatuaki No. 2 Block, a body corporate, subject to Memorandum of Mortgage No. 80802, Gisborne Land Registry.
