Price Order No. 2175 (Sunday Bread)
PURSUANT to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Price Tribunal hereby makes the following Price Order:
PRELIMINARY
- This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 2175 and shall come into force on the 29th day of October 1971.
APPLICATION OF THIS ORDER
- This Order shall apply to the sale on Sundays by any person of bread of any kind or class (other than bread subject to Price Order No. 2129 (Bread)) which was offered for sale regularly on Sundays by that person before the 22nd day of October 1971.
FIXING MAXIMUM WHOLESALE AND RETAIL PRICES OF BREAD TO WHICH THIS ORDER APPLIES
- The maximum prices or charges which may be charged or made by any person for any bread to which this Order applies shall be the prices or charges which that person was normally charging or making before the 22nd day of October 1971.
