Maori Land Development Notice
WHEREAS, by virtue of Maori Land Development Notice Rotorua 1971, No. 2, a certain notice under Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 is revoked:
Now, therefore, in partial replacement of such notice, the Board of Maori Affairs, acting pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, hereby gives notice as follows.
NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Rotorua 1971, No. 14.
2. The land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

   WHEREAS, by virtue of the notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto, the land described in that notice was declared to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas the appellations of certain parcels of land have been changed by subsequent orders of the Maori Land Court; and whereas it is desired to release certain parcels of land from the provisions of Part XXIV, aforesaid; and whereas it is desired that the balance of the land (under the present appellations) shall remain subject to the provisions of the said Part XXIV:
