  1. This order shall come into force on 1 March 1971.
  2. The area described in the Schedule hereto is hereby included in the City of Manukau.
  3. The alteration of the boundaries of the said city hereinbefore made, shall be deemed to have been effected under the Municipal Corporations Act 1954.

    ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District containing 1 acre 1 rood 10 perches, more or less, being reclaimed bed of the Tamaki River, in Block III, Otahuhu Survey District, and more particularly shown coloured yellow on Survey Office Plan 45178.

    At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 26th day of January 1971
    Present:
    THE RIGHT HON. SIR KEITH HOLYOAKE, G.C.M.G., C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
    PURSUANT to section 175B (2) of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby vests in the Otago Harbour Board the land described in the Schedule hereto, for harbour purposes.
    SCHEDULE
  4. All that area of land in Otago Harbour containing an area of 22 perches, and described as part Lot 1 on plan D.P. 16977 (M.D. 14017).
  5. All that area of land in Otago Harbour containing an area of 33.4 perches and described as Lot 2 on plan D.P. 16977 (M.D. 14017).
    The district land registrar is hereby authorised to make such entries in his register as are necessary to give effect to this order.

    Vesting Reclaimed Land in Waitemata County Council

    At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 26th day of January 1971
    Present:
    THE RIGHT HON. SIR KEITH HOLYOAKE, G.C.M.G., C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
    PURSUANT to section 175B (2) of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby vests in the Waitemata County Council the land described in the Schedule hereto, which land was authorised for reclamation by Order in Council of 9 April 1962, such land to be vested as a recreation reserve pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953.
    SCHEDULE
    ALL that area of land at Weiti River containing an area of 2 roods 12.4 perches and comprising areas of 17.9 perches, 35.8 perches, and 38.7 perches, and shown coloured yellow and sepia on Plan D.P. 46341 (M.D. 13910).
    The district land registrar is hereby authorised to make such entries in his register as are necessary to give effect to this order.

    PURSUANT to the Coal Mines Act 1925, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, do hereby exempt the land described in the Schedule hereto from the operation of Part III of the said Act.

    ALLOTMENT 320 and part Allotment 202, Pepepe Parish, situated in Block XIII, Rangiriri Survey District, as described in certificate of title, Volume 284, folio 264: area 13 acres 2 roods 31 perches.
