EVIDENCE of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of certificate of title, Volume 1219, folio 93 (South Auckland Registry), over that parcel of land containing 100 acres 3 roods 20 perches, more or less, being Opuatia No. 5A, Lot 42B 2 Block, in the name of Takaiho Hororiri, of Auckland, widow, having been lodged with me together with an Application S. 535373 to issue a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
