LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES

EVIDENCE of the loss of the duplicate originals of the certificates
of title described in the Schedule below having been lodged
with me together with applications for the issue of a new cer-
tificates of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my
intention to issue such new certificates of title on the expira-
tion of 14 days from the date of the New Zealand Gazette
containing this notice.

SCHEDULE

CERTIFICATE of title, Volume 965, folio 53, in the name of
Louis Beryl Webster, of Auckland, warehouse assistant, for
1 rood and 33.1 perches, situated in Block IX, Kumeu Survey
District, Part Lot 78, Deposited Plan 9548, Part Taupaki Block,
and being all the land in the said certificate of title. Applica-
tion No. A. 586017.

Certificate of title No. 20A/1051, in the name of Anita Emma
Jean Rowan, of Manurewa, married woman, for 34.3 perches,
being Lot 35, Deposited Plan 64275, and being Part Clendon’s
Grant, and being all the land in the said certificate of title.

Certificate of title, Volume 142, folio 134, in the names of
Clifford David Cox, of Auckland, real estate agent, and Jan
Devereaux Cox, his wife, for 1 rood and 32 perches, being
Lot 53 on Deposited Plan 3646, part Allotment 15 of Section 12,
Suburbs of Auckland, and being all the land in the said certifi-
cate of title. Application No. A. 586016.

Evidence of the loss of Memorandum of Mortgage 482496,
affecting the land in certificate of title, Volume 1805, folio 100
(North Auckland Registry), whereof Roy Isaac Ututaonga, of
Paihia, forestry employee, is the mortgagor, and Her Majesty
the Queen is the mortgagee, having been lodged with me
together with an application for the issue of a provisional mort-
gage in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to
issue such a provisional mortgage upon the expiration of 14
days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice. Appli-

Peter Lowe, of Hastings, formerly a contractor but now retired,
having been lodged with me together with an application No.
258676 to issue a copy of provisional lease in lieu thereof,
notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such copy of
provisional lease on the expiration of 14 days from the date
of the Gazette containing this notice.
