Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in Block VIII, Awhitu Survey District, Franklin County
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; also hereby proclaims that the road firstly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Thomas Meikle, of Kohekohe, farmer; also hereby proclaims that the land secondly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Peter Roy Whiteside, of Waiuku, farmer, subject to Memoranda of Mortgage A. 320916 and A. 305710, North Auckland Land Registry; also declares that the pieces of road thirdly, fourthly, and fifthly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Vernon John Zinzan, of Pukekohe, farmer, subject to Memorandum of Mortgage A. 224159, North Auckland Land Registry.

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and shall when so closed vest in John Burt and Joseph McEwan Burt, both of Blackball, farmers, as tenants in common in equal shares, subject to section 315 of the Land Act 1924 and subject also to the reservations imposed by section 8 of the Coal Mines Amendment Act 1950.
