National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be Limited Access Road

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, the National Roads Board hereby revokes its resolution dated 17 September 1969, pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, declaring that part of No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) from the southern boundary of Levin Borough to a point approximately 3 chains north of its intersection with Manakau North Road, as more particularly shown on sheets 1, 2, 3, and 4 of plan M.O.W. 15552, and the accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works, Porirua, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road in so far as the afore-mentioned declaration affects that part of No. 1 State Highway adjoining the south-eastern and southern boundaries of Section II, Block IV, Waitohu Survey District, Wellington Land District (Parikawai Domain), as shown hatched on plan M.O.W. 17364.

Fixing the Ward Representation of the Amuri Pest Destruction District (Notice No. 127 Ag. 20891A)

PURSUANT to section 33 of the Agricultural Pests Destruction Act 1967, the Amuri Pest Destruction Board hereby fixes the number of members to be elected for each ward of its district to be that specified opposite the name of each ward in the Schedule hereto.

NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired as a scenic reserve, subject to the provisions of Part IV of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and is to be known as the Montgomery's Memorial Bush Scenic Reserve.
