Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed, and Road Closed and Vested in Block XV, Waiwera Survey District, County of Waitemata

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, and hereby proclaims that the road described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest in Julius Herman, builder, and Ethel Frances Herman, his wife, both of Browns Bay, as tenants-in-common in equal shares.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

Land Proclaimed as Road

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XV, Waiwera Survey District, North Auckland R.D., described as follows:

Road Closed and Vested

ALL that piece of road containing 2 roods and 33 perches situated in Block XV, Waiwera Survey District, North Auckland R.D., adjoining or passing through part Allotment 60 and part Allotment 84, Okura Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 25394 (S.O. 46392) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

No. 208, recorded in register book, Volume 2c, folio 57, Gisborne Land Registry, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Henry Philip Whitlock, of Gisborne, farmer, subject to Memoranda of Mortgage No. 37396 and 82489, Gisborne Land Registry.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 25533 (S.O. 5467) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above-mentioned.

Dated at Wellington this 17th day of September 1971.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed, and Land Resumed in Blocks XVI, Te Mata Survey District and IX, Kidnapper Survey District, Hawke's Bay County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works 'Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; also proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and shall, when so closed, be incorporated in Deferred Payment Licence No. D.P. F. 207, held by John Joseph Palmer, of Te Aratipi, Havelock North, sheep farmer, recorded in register book, Volume 201, folio 83, Hawke's Bay Land Registry; also proclaims that the road described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and shall, when so closed, be incorporated in Crown lease R.L. No. 200, recorded in register book, Volume 77, folio 123, Hawke's Bay Land Registry, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Brian Bernard King, of Maraetotara, sheep farmer, subject to Memorandum of Mortgage No. 225961, Hawke's Bay Land Registry; and also proclaims that the road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and shall, when so closed, be incorporated in Crown lease R.L. No. 15, recorded in register book, Volume 8, folio 115, Hawke's Bay Land Registry, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Ian Malcolm Elliott, of Maraetotara, sheep farmer, subject to Memoranda of Mortgage No. 43544, 166916, and 204408, Hawke's Bay Land Registry; also hereby resumes the land described in the Fifth Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29 and declares that the land first described in the said Fifth Schedule shall be incorporated in Crown lease R.L. No. 15, recorded in register book, Volume 8, folio 115, Hawke's Bay Land Registry, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Ian Malcolm Elliott, of Maraetotara, sheep farmer, subject to Memoranda of Mortgage No. 43544, 166916, and 204408, Hawke's Bay Land Registry, and the land secondly described in the said Fifth Schedule shall be incorporated in Deferred Payment Licence No. D.P. F. 207, held by John Joseph Palmer, of Te Aratipi, Havelock North, sheep farmer, recorded in register book, Volume 201, folio 83, Hawke's Bay Land Registry.
