Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, and hereby proclaims that the road described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest in Julius Herman, builder, and Ethel Frances Herman, his wife, both of Browns Bay, as tenants-in-common in equal shares.

F. 207, held by John Joseph Palmer, of Te Aratipi, Havelock North, sheep farmer, recorded in register book, Volume 201, folio 83, Hawke's Bay Land Registry; also proclaims that the road described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and shall, when so closed, be incorporated in Crown lease R.L. No. 200, recorded in register book, Volume 77, folio 123, Hawke's Bay Land Registry, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Brian Bernard King, of Maraetotara, sheep farmer, subject to Memorandum of Mortgage No. 225961, Hawke's Bay Land Registry; and also proclaims that the road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and shall, when so closed, be incorporated in Crown lease R.L.
