Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the fencing
agreement contained in Transfer 266911, South Auckland Land
Registry, for mental health purposes (psychiatric hospital)
from and after the 4th day of October 1971.

or without horses or other animals and vehicles, over the land
described in the Third Schedule hereto, and to maintain, repair,
and keep open the said right of way for the purpose of provid-
ing access to the land described in the First Schedule hereto;
such right of way to be held appurtenant to the land described
in the First Schedule hereto.
