PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Thomas Ronald Jones and Bryon Edgar Jones, of Mungati, farmers, under and by virtue of Renewable Lease No. 228, recorded in Volume 541, folio 197, Canterbury Land Registry, is hereby taken for an automatic telephone exchange from and after the 4th day of October 1971.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Land Taken and Incorporated in Crown Lease, Road Closed and Vested, and Road Closed and Incorporated in Crown Lease in Block X, Mangakahia Survey District, Whangarei County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaims that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29; also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby closed; and further hereby proclaims that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto and the road thirdly, fourthly, and fifthly described in the Third Schedule hereto shall, when so taken and closed respectively, be incorporated in Crown Lease S.F.H. 310, recorded in Register Book Volume 791, folio 71, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Keith Frederick Grantham, of Parakao, farmer, subject to Mortgage A. 516091, North Auckland Land Registry; and further proclaims that the road firstly described in the Third Schedule hereto shall, when so closed, vest in Arthur Patrick Wadey, of Parakao, farm mechanic.
