PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from the Wellington Hospital Board by Courtenay Nominees Ltd., under and by virtue of Memorandum of Lease No. 756085, is hereby taken, subject to the building-line restriction imposed by Order in Council No. 285 (as varied by Orders in Council No. 477 and 1944), for the Victoria University of Wellington from and after the 27th day of September 1971.
