PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby revokes the notice dated the 3rd day of August 1970, and published in Gazette, 27 August 1970, No. 51, p. 1511, declaring land proclaimed as road and road closed in Block II, Waitakere Survey District, and Blocks III and IV, Steeples Survey District, Buller County, in so far as it affects the piece of land containing 1 acre and 2.5 perches thirdly described in the First Schedule thereto; and in so far as it affects the piece of road containing 9 acres 3 roods 9.3 perches described in the Second Schedule thereto; and, pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre and 2.5 perches situated in Block I, Waitakere Survey District, Nelson R.D., being part Section 15; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 25417 (S.O. 10892) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

ALL that piece of road containing 9 acres 3 roods 9.3 perches situated in the Nelson Registration District, adjoining or passing through Sections 26, 30, and part Section 25, Block III, Steeples Survey District, and Section 22, Block IV, Steeples Survey District, and part Section 15, Block I, Waitakere Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plans marked M.O.W. 25350 (S.O. 10891) and M.O.W. 25417 (S.O. 10892) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
