Pursuant to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, notice is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been set apart as permanent State forest land as from the date of publication hereof.

Declaration that Land is a Public Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Tauranga City Council on 23 November 1970:

"That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Tauranga City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the said city in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be, a public reserve for a service lane within the meaning of the said Act."

Declaration that a Reserve Form Part of the Havelock Domain

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares the reserve for recreation described in the Schedule hereto to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to form part of the Havelock Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

Revocation of a Declaration that Private Land be a Private Scenic Reserve
