Land Taken for Public Offices in the City of Tauranga
ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for public offices and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Tauranga as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of September 1971.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 22 perches situated in the City of Tauranga, being Allotment 103 of Section I of the Town of Tauranga. All certificate of title, Volume 512, folio 79, South Auckland Land Registry, limited as to parcels.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 1st day of September 1971.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of September 1971.

7 3 10 Part Allotment 38B and 21H 2B 2B 2, Whangape Parish; coloured sepia on plan.
16 1 30 Part Allotment 17A 2, Whangape Parish; coloured blue on plan.
5 2 35 Part Allotment 39B, Whangape Parish; coloured blue on plan. As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 24826 (S.O. 45145) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above-mentioned.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken, subject to drainage easements and drainage rights, for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in the Hawkeβs Bay Catchment Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of September 1971.
