Handling—The department may require all loading, unloading, or tallying, to be performed by the owners. Where any such service is performed by the department charges as provided in section 122 will be made.

Class P
-
Minimum Loads of goods chargeable at Class P will be as follows:

- Goods classified Class P not complying with the minimum loads specified in paragraph 1 hereof but complying with the following minimum loads will be charged Class P plus 25 percent:

Any less quantity will be charged at such minimum or on actual weight at Class P plus 50 percent, whichever is cheaper.
Small lots will be charged at Class E plus 50 percent rates as set out in section 71 Small Lots Scale.

The charge at Class P single rate with loading and/or unloading charges added shall not be greater than when computed at Class D rate.

Handling and tallying—The department may require all loading, unloading, or tallying to be performed by the owners. Where loading, unloading or tallying is performed by the department, the following charges will be made:

EXCEPTION—No charge will be made for loading, unloading, or tallying when goods are charged at Class P plus 25 or 50 percent.

- Minimum Charges—Except where otherwise specified, any less quantity than the minimum prescribed will be charged at such minimum or on actual weight at Class E plus 50% whichever is cheaper.
