All that area in the North Auckland Land District containing 153,856 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the eastern side of the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway with the line of mean high-water of the right bank of the Tamaki River in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District and proceeding northerly generally along the line of mean high-water of the Tamaki River and its creeks, including an area of 2 roods and 10.8 perches, being land below mean high-water mark, shown coloured yellow, on S.O. Plan 44973, and an area of 1 acre 1 rood 10 perches, being reclaimed bed of the Tamaki River, shown coloured yellow, on S.O.
