hereby gives the following notice.

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (National Roads
   Board) Notice No. 2, 1971.
2. The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby
   declared to be 40-miles-an-hour speed limit areas for the
   purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

ALL those roads under the control of the National Roads
Board and forming the Takapuna Interchange at the inter-

   excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52
