PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a teacher's residence
from and after the 6th day of September 1971.

Waipapu Survey District, Waipapu County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for hospital purposes, and
shall vest in the Waipapu Hospital Board from and after the
6th day of September 1971.

fifthly, sixthly, and seventhly described to the mining ease-
ment reserved by Conveyance 214450 (R. 195/475), South
Auckland Land Registry, for soil conservation and river control
purposes, from and after the 6th day of September 1971; and (b)
