Land Proclaimed as Road, and Road Closed and Vested in Block X, Kerikeri Survey District, Bay of Islands County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest in Jack McCreedy, of Tauranga, farmer, subject to Mortgage 401635, North Auckland Land Registry.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed, and Land Taken in Block VIII, Matapiro Survey District, Hawke's Bay County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; also hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and also takes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29; and further declares that the road first, secondly, and thirdly described in the said Second Schedule, when so closed, and the land first described in the said Third Schedule, when so taken, shall vest in John Gayzer Wedd, of Hastings, drover, subject to Memoranda of Mortgage No. 114096 and 114475, Hawke's Bay Land Registry; that the road fourthly, fifthly, and sixthly described in the said Second Schedule, when so closed, shall vest in Edward Patrick Lowry, of Kiwitahi near Taupo, sheep farmer, subject to Memorandum of Mortgage No. 209271,

Hawke’s Bay Land Registry; that the road seventhly described in the said Second Schedule, when so closed, and the land secondly described in the said Third Schedule, when so taken, shall be incorporated in Deferred Payment Licence No. 158, recorded in register book, Volume 152, folio 114, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Wilfrid Sanders Aitchinson, of Hastings, sheep farmer (two-thirds shares), and William Brett Aitchinson, of Sherenden, sheep farmer (one-third share), subject to Memoranda of Mortgage No. 41177, 76222, and 159766, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry.
