A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of September 1971.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block II, Waihi South Survey District, described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Whangarei, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of September 1971.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 1.3 perches situated in Block IX, Whangarei Survey District, City of Whangarei, North Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 9, D.R.O. 1175, being part Allotment 2, Whangarei Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 25462 (S.O. 46597) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

All that piece of land containing 33.9 perches situated in Block XIV, Tauranga Survey District, City of Tauranga, being part Hairini 2c 2 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 25458 (S.O. 45669) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
