New Zealand coal, in minimum wagon loads as prescribed in section 80, General Scale of Charges will be charged:

The charges for the conveyance of benzine, kerosene, and similar mineral oils, also crude, residual, lubricating, transformer, or fuel oils in owner's tank wagons are:
