THE RIGHT HON. SIR KEITH HOLYOAKE, G.C.M.G., C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 175 (2) of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Auckland Regional Authority to reclaim from the Tamaki River at Pakuranga an area of 8.5 acres, more or less, as shown coloured red and yellow on plan marked M.D. 14267 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington.

PURSUANT to section 175 (2) of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Tauranga City Council to reclaim from the sea in Tauranga Harbour, an area of 1 acre 1 rood 35 perches of land, more or less, as shown on plan M.D. 14243, and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington.

SECTIONS 604 and 605, Town of Reefton, situated in Block XIV, Reefton Survey District: area, 24.2 perches, more or less. Part certificate of title, Volume 37, folio 183 (S.O. Plan 9668), save and excepting for Her Majesty the Queen all seams or beds of coal and all other minerals, and reserving to Her Majesty the Queen and all persons lawfully entitled to work the said coal and minerals a right of ingress, egress, and regress under the said land.
As witnesseth the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General this 14th day of August 1971.
