ALL that area in the Lake and Vincent Counties and Blocks I, II, V, VI, and IX, Wilkin Survey District, and Young and Mount Pollux Survey Districts containing 37,770 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the south-western corner of Mount Pollux Survey District on the Main Divide of the Southern Alps, and proceeding generally north-easterly along that main divide to the north-western corner of Run 97A in Young Survey District; thence generally south-easterly along the generally north-eastern boundary of that run to its junction with the State Forest; thence north-westerly and south-westerly along the south-western and south-eastern boundaries of Run 97A to the north-eastern boundary of Run 768; thence generally south-westerly, westerly, and northerly along the generally south-eastern, southern, and western boundaries of that run to the north-eastern boundary of the State Forest in Block II, Wilkin Survey District; thence generally south-westerly, north-westerly, and south-easterly along the generally north-western, north-eastern, and south-western boundaries of the State Forest to the north-western boundary of Run 771, Mount Pollux Survey District; thence north-easterly, generally south-easterly, and north-westerly along the north-western, generally north-eastern, and south-western boundaries of that run to the right bank of the Wilkin River (South Branch); thence south-westerly and generally south-easterly and north-easterly along the north-western and generally south-western and south-eastern boundaries of the State Forest to the north-eastern boundary of Run 97, in Block VI, Wilkin Survey District; thence south-easterly and generally south-westerly, north-westerly and southerly along the north-eastern and generally south-eastern, south-western, and western boundaries of that Run to the southern boundary of Mount Pollux Survey District; thence generally westerly along the southern boundary of Run 97 to the point of commencement, including also therein that part of Run 771, in Block V, Wilkin Survey District, known as Jumboland Flat and totally enclosed by State Forest.

All that area in Lake County and Matukituki Survey District containing 240 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the eastern boundary of Run 468 and the left bank of the Glacier Burn, and proceeding north-easterly, south-easterly, and generally south-westerly to and along the north-western, north-eastern, and south-eastern boundaries of Run 715 to the intersection of the last-mentioned boundary with the bush edge; thence south-westerly along the bush edge to its intersection with the left bank of the Glacier Burn; thence generally westerly along that left bank to the point of commencement.

Wilkin Survey District, and proceeding generally north-easterly along the generally north-western boundary of that run to the State Forest boundary in Young Survey District; thence generally south-easterly, south-westerly, westerly, south-easterly, south-westerly, and north-westerly along the north-eastern, north-western, northern, south-western, north-western, and north-eastern boundaries of the State Forest to the point of commencement.

All that area in Vincent County and Block XII, Haast Survey District, and Blocks I, II, V, and VI, McKerrow Survey District, containing 2,975 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the north-western corner of Run 710 on the McKerrow Range, in Block XII, Haast Survey District, and proceeding generally south-westerly along the north-western boundary of Run 710, to its westernmost point; thence north-westerly along a right line to the intersection of White Creek and the north-western boundary of Run 99; thence generally north-easterly, south-easterly, and south-westerly along the generally north-western, north-eastern, and south-eastern boundaries of that run to the point of commencement.

All that area in Vincent County and Block XI, Haast Survey District, containing 48 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the northernmost corner of Section 2247, Block XI, Haast Survey District, and proceeding south-easterly, south-westerly, and north-westerly along the north-eastern, south-eastern, and south-western boundaries of that section to the eastern side of No. 6 State Highway; thence north-easterly along the eastern side of that State highway to the point of commencement.

All that area in Lake County and Humboldt and Humboldtside Survey Districts containing 805 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at McCliment Peak in Humboldtside Survey District, and proceeding generally south-westerly along the watershed to Angle Peak; thence westerly along a right line between Angle Peak and the junction of the left bank of the Forgotten River and right bank of the Olivine Branch to its intersection with the north-western boundary of the Provisional State Forest; thence generally south-easterly along that boundary to its intersection with a right line between Brenda Peak and McCliment Peak; thence north-easterly along that right line to the point of commencement.
