Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Hamilton City Council

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for utility purposes and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Hamilton, in trust, for that purpose.

Definition of the Purpose of a Reserve

Addition of Land to the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park

PURSUANT to the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park Act 1967, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the 10th day of September 1970, be added to and form part of the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park as a reserve for scenic purposes, to be administered by the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park Board.

The Stokes Valley Licensing Trust Constitution Notice 1970

PURSUANT to the Local Licensing Trusts Regulations*, the Minister of Justice hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Stokes Valley Licensing Trust Constitution Notice 1971.

2. There is hereby constituted a local licensing trust, to be called the Stokes Valley Licensing Trust.

3. (1) The first election of members of the Trust shall be held on Saturday, the 9th day of October 1971.

(2) The Returning Officer for the first election of members of the Trust shall be Ronald Hugh Deal, Deputy Town Clerk of the City of Lower Hutt.

4. The area within which polls shall be taken for elections of members of the trust shall be the whole of the area described in the Schedule to this notice.

5. The area within which the trust shall distribute its profits shall be the whole of the area described in the Schedule to this notice.

Maori Land Development Notice

WHEREAS by virtue of the notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto, the land described in that notice was declared to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas it is desired to release that land from the provisions of the said Part XXIV:

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1971, No. 27.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.
