Declaring Land Taken for the Christchurch Southern Motor-way in the City of Christchurch Together with Certain Drainage and Water Rights

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Christchurch Southern Motorway together with the drainage and water rights reserved by Memorandum of Transfer No. 243232, Canterbury Land Registry, from and after the 23rd day of August 1971.
