- The Traffic (Napier City) Notice 1969 dated the 16th day
of January 1969† under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962
and regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, which
relates to Napier is hereby revoked.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Napier City:
No. 2 State Highway (Pokeno-Wellington via Gisborne)
from Hyderabad Road to the southern end of Pandora Road
Bridge). No. 50 State Highway (Napier - Takapau via Fern-
hill) (from Kennedy Road to a point 68 chains measured
northerly generally along the said State highway from Ken-
nedy Road). Kennedy Road (from Downing Avenue to the
southern boundary of Napier City, at the No. 50 State High-
way (Napier - Takapau via Fernhill) Wharerangi Road.
SECOND SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Napier City:
No. 2 State Highway (Pokeno - Wellington via Gisborne)
(from Hyderabad Road to the southern end of Pandora Road
Bridge). Wharerangi Road (from a point 32 chains measured
westerly generally along the said road from the No. 50 State
Highway (Napier - Takapau via Fernhill) to Park Island
Road).

No. 50 State Highway (Napier - Takapau via Fernhill)
(from Kennedy Road to a point 68 chains measured northerly

Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work at Waitati
and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land
PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Railways hereby declares the land described in

PURSUANT to regulation 16 of the Import Control Regulations
1964*, the Minister of Customs hereby gives notice as follows :

(a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control
Exemption Notice (No. 3) 1971.
(b) This notice shall come into force on the day after the
date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette. -

Affairs Act 1953; and whereas it is desired to release that land
from the provisions of the said Part XXIV:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs
Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as
follows.

This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development
Notice Wanganui 1971, No. 1. -
The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is
hereby revoked. -
The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is
hereby released from the provisions of Part XXIV of the

to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori
Affairs Act 1953; and whereas part of the said land has since
been released from the provisions of Part XXIV, aforesaid;
and whereas the balance of the land was partitioned by a sub-
sequent order of the Maori Land Court; and whereas it is
desired to release the balance of the said land from the
provisions of Part XXIV, aforesaid:
