Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in

and after the 1st day of February 1971.

Corporation Act 1967 in Block I, Huiroa Survey District,
Inglewood County

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the
Natural Gas Corporation Act 1967 and shall vest in the
Natural Gas Corporation of New Zealand from and after the
1st day of February 1971.
