CORRIGENDUM
In the notice dated 18 December 1970, and published in New Zealand Gazette, 14 January 1971, No. 1, at page 13, declaring land taken for road in Block XI, Waimata Survey District, Cook County, and revoking previous declaration as to part, for the area in the Schedule, “1 acre 1 rood 35.5 perches”, read “1 rood 35.5 perches”, which said area appears in the original notice signed by the Acting Minister of Works.

Amending a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of a Portion of the Ngauranga-Basin Reserve Motorway in the City of Wellington

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby amend the Proclamation dated the 15th day of March 1966, published in Gazette, 24 March 1966, Volume 1, p. 403, and registered as Proclamation No. 666674, Wellington Land Registry (hereinafter called “the former Proclamation”), defining the middle line of a portion of the Ngauranga-Basin Reserve Motorway in the City of Wellington, so that the former Proclamation shall affect not only the land situated within the limits shown coloured red on the plan marked M.O.W. 20212 referred to in the former Proclamation, but also the land described in the Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the middle line of a further portion of the Dunedin-Milton Motorway shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall affect only the lands situated within the limits of the area shown coloured red, on the plan marked M.O.W. 24805 (S.O. 12977B) referred to in the said Schedule.

All that land situated in the the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., described as follows:
