TAURANGA CONCRETE CONTRACTORS LTD.

IN LIQUIDATION

IN the matter of Tauranga Concrete Contractors Co. Ltd., in
voluntary liquidation, creditors' winding up, and in the
matter of the Companies Act 1955.

TAKE notice that, at an extraordinary general meeting of the
company, held at Spring Street, Tauranga, on 10 August 1971,
the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed:

That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting
that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue
its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and
accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that
Graeme Shepherd Palmer, be nominated as liquidator for the
purposes of such winding up.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 284 of the Com-
panies Act 1955, that a meeting of the creditors of the above-
named company will be held at St. John's Ambulance Hall,
Cameron Road, Tauranga, on the 20th day of August 1971,
at 9 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purposes set out in sections
284, 285, and 286 of the said Act.
