A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Wellington Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

Part Lot 13, D.P. 324, being part of Sections 6 and 7, Waipoua Block, situated in Block XVI, Mikimiki Survey District: area, 2 acres 2 roods 33.1 perches, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 346, folio 129 (limited as to parcels and title), subject to drainage right over part Lot 3, D.P. 10356, by transfer 222705.

Pursuant to the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes all Orders in Council relating to elective members of the Otago Catchment Board, and prescribes that the constituent districts shall be those shown in the first column of the Schedule hereto, that the principal local authority for combined districts shall be that authority indicated by the

letter (P), that the number of members for each constituent or combined district shall be the number shown in the second column of the Schedule hereto, and that this Order in Council shall come into effect on and after the 9th day of October 1971.
