Revoking in Part a Proclamation Taking Land for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Block I, Whakatane Survey District, Whakatane County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 17th day of October 1969, and published in Gazette, 30 October 1969, Volume III, page 2152, taking land for soil conservation and river control purposes in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block I, Whakatane Survey District, described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
3 1 8.9 Part Allotment 30c 3A, Rangitaiki Parish.
0 0 19.1 Part Allotment 30c 3A, Rangitaiki Parish.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 23279 (S.O. 44397) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 4th day of August 1971.

Declaring Land in Roadways Laid Out in the Borough of Taupo, to be Street

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, and comprised in roadways laid out by the Maori Land Court by orders dated the 21st day of March 1957 and the 9th day of September 1964, to be street.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block II, Tauhara Survey District, Borough of Taupo, described as follows:

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 25329A (M.L. 19678) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink, edged pink. Also, all that piece of land containing 2 acres 1 rood 3.9 perches situated in Block II, Tauhara Survey District, Borough of Taupo, being Waipahihi part 12, part 27, part 28, and part 29; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 25329B (M.L. 19678) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of July 1971.

PURSUANT to section 422 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, and used as a roadway, to be road.
