CONDITIONS

(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of August 1971.

(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be six dollars ($6) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be six dollars ($6).

National Roads Board—Notice Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 23 June 1971 and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No. 2 State Highway, from the Katikati railway overbridge to the Apata railway overbridge, a distance of 9.07 miles, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 16 of plan M.O.W. 17140, and the accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works, Tauranga, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be Limited Access Road

PURSUANT to subsection (5) of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, the National Roads Board hereby revokes its resolution of 18 November 1968, pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, declaring that part of No. 57 State Highway (Levin to Palmerston North) from its intersection with Camp Road and Hewitt Road to the top of Massey Hill at the eastern boundary of Pt 200, Town of Fitzherbert (C.T. 372/84), a total distance of approximately 2 miles and 63 chains, as more particularly shown on Sheets 1, 2, 3, and 4 of plan M.O.W. 14847, and the accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works, Palmerston North, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road, in so far as the aforementioned declaration affects that part of the said No. 57 State Highway having a width of 1 chain and fronting Lot 13, D.P. 15474, shown on sheet 4 of the said plan M.O.W. 14847.
