Pursuant to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby consents to the Waitemata County Council stopping the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto.

Cancellation of a Licence to Use Water Power

Pursuant to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Electricity hereby cancels a licence dated the 21st day of March 1956, authorising Robert James Arnold Wilson, of Whiterock, Cave, farmer, to use water for the purpose of generating electricity (Gazette, 22 March 1956, p. 382).
