Declaring an Easement (Right of Way) Over Land Taken for
Post Office Purposes in the Borough of Howick

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, an easement is hereby
taken for post office purposes over the land described in the
First Schedule hereto appurtenant to the land described in the
Second Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen
from and after the 9th day of August 1971 the full and free
right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to use a
right of way with the rights for Herself, Her servants, agents,
workmen, licensees, and invitees from time to time and at all
times by day and by night to go, pass, and repass with or
without horses and domestic animals of any kind and with
or without carriages, vehicles, motor vehicles, machinery, and
implements of any kind over and along the said land and to
maintain, repair, and keep open such right of way.
