A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie
Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river
control purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 9th day of August 1971.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 10 acres situated in Block
III, Maramarua Survey District, being part Allotment 84,
Koheroa Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated
on the plan marked M.O.W. 24858 (S.O. 46261) deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and
thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this
19th day of July 1971.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie
Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and
river control purposes, and shall vest in the Hawke's Bay
Catchment Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 9th day of August 1971.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Blocks XII and XVI,
Heretaunga Survey District, Hawke's Bay R.D., described as
follows:
