Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the
Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve
for a site for a Red Cross centre over the land described in
the Schedule hereto.

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Hamilton City
Council

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands
hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto
as a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, pursuant to
the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in
the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Hamilton,
in trust, for that purpose.

Licensing James William Stewart Richmond to Occupy a Site
for a Jetty, Slipway, and Storeroom in the Bed of the
Sea at Hina Hina in the Catlins River

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine
hereby licenses and permits James William Stewart Richmond
(hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include his
administrators, executors, or assigns unless the context requires
a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the
foreshore and bed of the sea at Hina Hina in the Catlins
River, as shown on plan marked M.D. 11379 and 11546 and
deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington,
for the purpose of maintaining thereon a jetty, slipway,
and storeroom as shown on the said plan, such licence to be
held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the
terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

CONDITIONS

(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations
1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so
far as applicable, apply hereto.

(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st
day of July 1971.

(3) The annual sum payable by the licensee shall be twenty
dollars ($20).

hereby gives notice that the licence granted to Wilson Neill
(Export Division) Ltd. on 28 June 1966*, and assigned to
National Mortgage and Agency Co. of New Zealand Ltd. on
11 May 1967†, to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and
bed of the Taieri River at Taieri Mouth as a site for a jetty,
is hereby further assigned to Graeme Murray Fraser.

hereby gives notice that the licence granted to Kenneth James
Richard Pagey on 14 May 1965*, to use and occupy part of
the foreshore and bed of the Catlins Lake at Hina Hina for
the purpose of maintaining thereon a jetty and boatshed, is
hereby assigned to Teone Matenga Taiaroa.

Varying Notice of Declaration of State Highway

PURSUANT to section 11 of the National Roads Act 1953, the
National Roads Board, acting with written approval of the
Minister of Works, hereby gives notice that it varies the notice
declaring public highways to be State highways dated 9 March
1960, published in the Gazette, 24 March 1960, Vol. 1 p. 384,
by deleting from the Schedule to the said notice the paragraph
described in the First Schedule hereto and substituting therefor
the paragraph set out in the Second Schedule hereto.
