WANGANUI COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
NOTICE is hereby given that the Wanganui County Council, acting under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, proposes to execute a certain public work, namely, to take land for a road, and for the purpose of such work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. Notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required for such public work is deposited in the offices of Messrs Armstrong, Barton, Latham, Hankins, and Rowan, Solicitors, 44 Wicksteed Place, Wanganui, and is open for inspection by all persons during office hours. All persons affected by the execution of such public work who have any objection they may wish to make thereto must state their objection in writing and deliver it to the Clerk at the Wanganui County Council at Wanganui within 40 days from the first publication of this notice.
SCHEDULE
ALL those parcels of land situated in Blocks XIII and XIV of the Mangawhero Survey District containing: first, 37.5 perches, being part of the land in D.P. 3039, being also part Kaikai-Ohakune Block, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 228, folio 64 (Wellington Registry), and being more particularly shown coloured orange on S.O. Plan 27481; secondly, 21.2 perches, being part Mangawhero river bed, and being more particularly shown coloured blue on S.O. Plan 27481; thirdly, 28.1 perches, being Part B, Mangawhero East Block, being also part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume A1, folio 312 (Wellington Registry), and being more particularly shown coloured sepia on S.O. Plan 27481; fourthly, 1.1 perches, being Part B, Mangawhero East Block, being also part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 496, folio 270 (Wellington Registry), and being more particularly shown coloured blue on S.O. Plan 27481; fifthly, 1 rood and 8.1 perches, being Part B, Mangawhero East Block, being also comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume A1, folio 312 (Wellington Registry), and being more particularly shown coloured sepia on S.O. Plan 27481; sixthly, 22.9 perches, being part Whangaehu river bed, and being more particularly shown coloured blue, edged blue, on S.O. Plan 27481; seventhly, 31.2 perches, being part Te Rimu Block, being also part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 37, folio 239 (Wellington Registry), and being more particularly shown coloured blue on S.O. Plan 27481; eighthly, 1 rood and 6.2 perches, being part Te Rimu Block, being also comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 37, folio 259 (Wellington Registry), and being more particularly shown coloured blue on S.O. Plan 27481.

EASTBOURNE BOROUGH COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
IN the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given that the Eastbourne Borough Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto, the said land being adjacent to the street known as Marine Parade in the Borough of Eastbourne, in connection with street. A plan showing the land proposed to be taken is open for inspection at the offices of the Eastbourne Borough Council, Rimu Street, Eastbourne, on any weekday between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. All persons claiming to be affected by the proposed taking of the said land who have an objection to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, should set forth such objection in writing within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice to the Town Clerk at the Council’s offices at Rimu Street, Eastbourne.
SCHEDULE
ALL that parcel of land containing one decimal nought eight perches (1.08 p), more or less, situate in the Borough of Eastbourne, being part Sections 37 and 39, Harbour District, and being also part Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 7219, and being the balance of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 361, folio 253 (Wellington Registry).

And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the said lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said Council, situate at 615 New North Road, Mount Albert, and is open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours. Every person affected by the execution of the said public work or by taking of such lands may set forth in writing any objection he may wish to make to the execution of the works or to the taking of the lands, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, and may send the written objection within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the Town Clerk at the Council Office, 615 New North Road, Mount Albert (P.O. Box 8575, Auckland 1).

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
NOTICE is hereby given that the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Marlborough (hereinafter called “the Corporation”) proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely, to construct a road between Rarangi and Port Underwood, and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken; that a copy of the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Corporation situate at 19 Henry Street, Blenheim, and is there open for inspection; that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or the taking of such land should, if they have any objections to the execution of the said public works or the taking of the said land, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same, in writing, and send such written objection within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the County Clerk of the Corporation; and that, if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objections will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and the place of the hearing.
