Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for an Automatic Telephone
Exchange in Block II, Corwar Survey District, Ashburton
County
Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in
the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her
Majesty the Queen by Donald Ernest Stockdill, under and by
virtue of Crown lease No. 610 recorded in Volume 175, folio
5, Canterbury Land Registry, is hereby taken for an automatic
telephone exchange from and after the 19th day of July 1971.
