Revoking Part of a Proclamation Declaring Areas in the Whangarei Acclimatisation District to be Wildlife Refuges (Area at Parahaki)

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke that part of the Proclamation issued on the 14th day of February 1958, declaring the area of land in the Whangarei Acclimatisation District described in the Schedule hereto to be a wildlife refuge for the purposes of the Wildlife Act 1953.
SCHEDULE
AREA at Parahaki—All that area of 703 acres 1 rood 11.8 perches, more or less, in Block IX, Whangarei Survey District, bounded by a line commencing at the northernmost corner of Allotment 84, Parahaki Parish, and running generally southerly along the south-western side of the public road forming the northern boundary of the said Allotment 84, to and along the western and southern boundaries of that part of Allotment 84, aforesaid, taken for a rifle range by Proclamation published in Gazette, No. 74, of the 4th day of October 1934, page 3140, to and along the western boundaries of parts Allotments 85, N. 88, and S.E. 88, and along the northern boundary of Allotment 89 to and along the western side of the public road forming the eastern boundaries of Allotments 89, aforesaid, 90, and 91, to and along the southern boundary of the said Allotment 91, the eastern, southern, and south-western boundaries of Allotment W. 93, the north-western boundary of Allotment N.E. 94, and the north-western and south-western boundaries of Allotment S.W. 94, to the southern corner of that allotment; thence westerly along the north-western side of the road forming the western and southern boundaries of Lot 2, D.P. 18256, being part Allotment 2, along the northern side of Old Parua Bay Road, and continuing along the generally southern and south-western boundaries of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 801, folio 63, being part Allotment 2, aforesaid, to its western corner; thence northerly along the north-
western boundary of that part Allotment 2, the said allotments being of Parahaki Parish, aforesaid, to and along the generally southern, western, and north-western boundaries of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 774, folio 100 (limited as to parcels), being part Parahaki No. 3 Block, along the southern boundary of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 542, folio 108 (limited as to parcels and title), being part Parahaki Maori Reserve, and along the south-eastern and southern boundaries of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 542, folio 37 (limited as to parcels), being part Parahaki Maori Reserve, aforesaid, and part Parahaki No. 1 Block, to and up the left bank of the Hatea River, to and along the northern boundary of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 542, folio 108, afore-mentioned, to and along the western boundary of Allotment 84, afore-mentioned, to the point of commencement.
As the same is shown on plan marked I.A. 52/111 deposited in the Head Office, Department of Internal Affairs, Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 2nd day of July 1971.

Land Taken for a State Primary School in the Borough of Onehunga
ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a State primary school and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of July 1971.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 19.1 perches situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District, North Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 9, Section 19, Village of Onehunga;
